Manage Your Account
- Track your order history. It doesn't matter if you use
the site to order or not, you can track every order placed
on your account using the website.
- View invoices. It doesn't matter if you use the site to
order or when you start using the site. You can access the
past 365 days of invoices online. You can search invoices to
see just those invoices related to a specific PO number.
- Monitor how much you're spending. Account Status reports
how much you're spending month-to-date and year-to-date,
your credit balance, and payment information.
Place Orders Fast and Easily
You don't need to place every order online, but when you do we
make it easy to find products and complete your order.
- Real-time account-specific pricing.
- Route orders for approval inside your organization
before sending them to Safe-T-Backs.
- Order fast using the Frequently Purchased Items list.
This list is automatically driven from your sales history
and shows the 25 products you've bought most often.
- Save time with your own My Catalog of just the products
you buy. You can build or have Safe-T-Backs build a subset of our
main catalog that includes just those products you purchase.
Access Product information
- Get Material Safety Data Sheets. Find the product you're
looking for and download the MSDS you need.
- View detailed product specifications, images, and even
manufacturer brochures.
Advanced Functionality to Meet Your
Needs
- Limit access to sensitive information. The website can
be configured to give different buyers varying degrees of
access. You can restrict your users from accessing
information like invoice history and credit status.
- Manage your buyer's spending. Buyers can be set-up with
per order spend limits. If a buyer exceeds their per order
spend limit, you will be emailed and have the opportunity to
approve or deny the order before submitting it to
Safe-T-Backs.
- Access multiple accounts with a single-user name and
password. If you have multiple accounts with Safe-T-Backs,
even if they are scattered across the country, you can
access them all with one user name and password. You can
easily switch between accounts to monitor the individual
activity of that account or place orders. This feature is
not available to all customers or for all accounts.
